Nestled in a small residence near Grasse, this atypical accommodation will charm you, summer and winter. In summer, you will enjoy the sunny garden (facing south) and appreciate the freshness of the place. In winter, the temperature remains mild thanks to its troglodyte construction.
Completely renovated in 2024, the furniture has been carefully chosen in an eco-responsible approach to make this place a cocoon.
In addition to comfort, you will appreciate its strategic location. Located near Grasse, the world capital of perfume (5 minutes by car), it is a good starting point to crisscross 2 departments between the sea and the mountains: the Var and the Alpes-Martitimes. Indeed, you are only 25 min from Cannes and its beaches, 45 min from Nice and its airport; 15 min from the lake of Saint-Cassien, 35 min from Saint-Raphaël.
This quiet residential area is only a few minutes walk from the town centre of Peymeinade. It is a small, dynamic commune in the Pays de Grasse. All amenities are within walking distance, so in the evening, park your vehicle in the private square and continue your journey on foot from the apartment: shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
The bus stop is even closer. It will allow you to reach the city center of Grasse and its SNCF train station.
Take advantage of a day off to walk along the Siagne canal, also accessible in a few minutes on foot. Other itineraries will be offered to you on site, documentation is made available to you. Or why not go for a walk at the municipal swimming pool or play tennis on the municipal courts (to be booked in advance on the website of the Peymeinade club).
If you want to rest at home, everything is done for your comfort: 2 deckchairs in the "beach" area, garden furniture. We also offer a few books, as well as board games.
The little extra: take advantage of the aromatic plants of the vegetable patch to enhance your salads!
